- To contact you about your enquiry and arrange a visit.
- To prepare and send your quote.
- To carry out and guarantee any work you book with us.
We rely on your request for a quote, and on our legitimate interest in running the business, as the lawful basis for this. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run this website, our quote form and our email and phone. They only process your information on our behalf. We may share details with a supplier or subcontractor only where it is needed to do your job.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Records of work we carry out are kept for as long as the guarantee lasts, plus the period required for tax and insurance purposes.
